Tara is a very friendly and caring person who absolutely loves pets. Jethro is a shy big boxer, who does not take to strangers quickly. He was immediately comfortable with Tara and I had no hesitation in leaving him in her care.
When we returned from leave he was happy to see us but was happy and relaxed so I know he didn’t miss us too much whilst in Tara’s care. I will definitely have Tara look after him when we next are on holidays.

Tara has looked after our cats (Kamurai and Kinja) on two occasions now and they haven’t been happier. Kinja is a very nervous cat so we wanted her to stay in the comfort of her own home.

Our two medium size dogs do not welcome unknown people into the house or back yard. When Tara turned up they didn’t even bark, I think they sensed she was an animal lover and a kind person.
Tara walks our dogs and feeds our birds three days a week. She has been great with suggestions and providing feedback on how the dogs have been going. You can see she really cares.

We have just used Pussin & Pooch for the first time whilst overseas for two weeks. The care and attention demonstrated by Tara was fabulous! She visited us prior to our leaving to meet and find out all about our our cats Bob and Miss Hissy, what they liked and disliked and what their routines were.
When we were away Tara sent text updates to let us know how they were getting on which was very reassuring. When we returned she had left us some kitty treats she had been giving them, which was a lovely touch!
We would highly recommend her to our friends in the future and will definitely use her services again.

I am happy to recommend and provide this reference for Tara Mathews and her business Pussin & Pooch Pet Sitting. My wife and I travel on a regular basis for business and have used Tara's animal minding services on a number of occasions. We have 2 cats, Michael the ginger street cat and Harrison the lilac Himalayan. Referred to as 'The Boys' from this point forward.
On every occasion upon our return we have been totally ignored demonstrating to us that all their needs have been met and exceeded under Tara's care. 'The Boys' are always in excellent health and humour if that is possible with cats. I am sure 'The Boys' are looking forward to the next time we go away and can have the house to themselves and a regular visit from Tara.
